Mr. Kaminski has formed hundreds of business
entities. He routinely assists individuals with the sale or purchase
of real estate, both commercial and domestic. He has counseled
clients regarding mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. He
also assisted clients who are considering starting a new business.
Mr. Kaminski also assists clients in estate planning,
including drafting wills, trusts, and advanced directives. He also
counsels clients in Medicaid planning and transactions related to Medicaid
planning. He has also prepared numerous Indiana Inheritance Tax and
Federal Estate Tax returns.
Mr. Kaminski is also experienced with health care
regulations and has counseled numerous clients regarding transactions
between health care providers.
