Born Muncie, Indiana, March 17, 1972;

BAR ADMISSIONS:  Admitted to the bar, 2000, Indiana and U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. 

EDUCATION:  Mr. Hagenow received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2000 and a B.S. in 1994 from the University of Notre Dame . Before law school, Mr. Hagenow held positions in the insurance and construction industries. He also worked as a faculty intern at the Culver Military Academies where he taught chemistry and coached various athletic teams.

PRACTICE AREAS:  Mr. Hagenow focuses his practice on civil litigation and civil appeals.  He represents clients in lawsuits involving real estate, business, labor and employment, worker’s compensation and personal injury claims.  He has jury trial experience in personal injury cases and has bench trial experience in various real estate, business, and worker's compensation matters.  He represents clients in appellate matters before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.  He also represents clients before administrative agencies involving real estate and employment matters.  He negotiates real estate and business transactions for clients and counsels clients regarding labor and employment matters.

MEMBER:   Mr. Hagenow is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the La Porte County Bar Association.  He previously served as a district representative for the Young Lawyers Section of the ISBA.  He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He served as a member of the La Porte County Youth Service Bureau Board of Directors, including as President in 2003 and Vice- President in 2002, and as a member of the Greater La Porte Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.
