EXPERIENCE: Mr. Adamsky focuses primarily on transactional law. He represents clients in real estate and commercial transactions as well as related litigation matters such as mortgage foreclosures and loan modifications. He counsels creditors and debtors on bankruptcy issues. Mr. Adamsky also assists clients with estate planning and guardianship concerns for elderly or incapacitated family members. EDUCATION: Mr. Adamsky earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1999; J.D., 2003). BAR ADMISSIONS: He was admitted to the bar on October 20, 2003 (Indiana, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana). PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS: Mr. Adamsky is a member of the La Porte County Bar Association. LEADERSHIP: Mr. Adamsky serves as Vice President of the City of La Porte Business Improvement District. |
