EXPERIENCE: Mr. Hagenow focuses his practice on civil litigation and civil appeals. He represents clients in lawsuits involving real estate, business, labor and employment worker’s compensation and personal injury claims. He has jury trial experience in personal injury cases and has bench trial experience in various real estate, business, labor and employment, and worker’s compensation matters. He represents clients before administrative agencies involving real estate and employment matters. He negotiates real estate and business transactions for clients and counsels clients regarding labor and employment matters, as well as estate planning and probate matters.
EDUCATION: Mr. Hagenow earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame
(B.S. 1994; J.D., cum laude, 2000).
BAR ADMISSIONS:
Mr. Hagenow is admitted to practice before the United States
Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and
Southern Districts of Indiana, and all Indiana state courts.
He has been a member of the bar since 2000.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS: Mr. Hagenow is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the La Porte County Bar Association. He previously served as a district representative for the Young Lawyers Section of the ISBA. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
LEADERSHIP: Mr. Hagenow is currently a member of the La Porte City Park Foundation Board of Directors. He previously served as a member of the La Porte County Youth Service Bureau Board of Directors, including as President in 2003 and Vice-President in 2002. He also previously served as a member of the Greater La Porte Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.
