EXPERIENCE: Mr. Kaminski has formed hundreds of business entities and routinely assists clients with the sale or purchase of real estate, both commercial and domestic.  He has counseled clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, and the sale of businesses, and those interested in starting new businesses.

Mr. Kaminski also assists clients in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and advanced directives.  He also counsels clients in Medicaid planning and transactions related to Medicaid planning.  He has also prepared numerous Indiana Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax returns. 

Mr. Kaminski is experienced with health care regulations and has counseled numerous clients regarding transactions between health care providers.

Mr. Kaminski earned the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating (AV) for legal ability and professional ethics.

EDUCATION: Mr. Kaminski earned his undergraduate degree at Marquette University (B.S., 1983) and his law degree at Creighton University (J.D., 1986), where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. 

BAR ADMISSIONS:  He was admitted to bar in 1986 (Nebraska, Indiana and U.S. Districts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana).

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:  Mr. Kaminski is a member of the Bar Associations of La Porte City, La Porte County, Indiana State (Member, House of Delegates, 2000 to present). He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Nebraska Bar Association and a  Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.

LEADERSHIP: Mr. Kaminski has served on numerous community boards including: LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, Greater LaPorte Economic Development Corporation, LaPorte Hospital Foundation, Youth Service Bureau, LaPorte Fire Merit Commission and Board of Trustees of LaLumiere School. He is also a member of the Board of Delegates of the Indiana Bar Association.
