From Chicago:

Toll Road 80/90
Exit 39 Michigan City. Go South or Right onto 421 for 2 miles. Go left or east on St Rd. 2 East to La Porte (about 10 miles). When you reach the downtown look for the La Porte Hospital on your left. Our office is on your right, just past the corner of Madison & Lincolnway, between Louie’s Cafe and Dick’s Bar. If you pass the Courthouse on your left you have gone one block too far.

Interstate 94
Exit 40 South. Follow 35 into La Porte and through town, go over the overpass and turn right at the light at the bottom of the overpass onto Lincolnway (Rt. 2). We are located on the left hand side between Louie’s Cafe and Dick’s Bar. If you pass La Porte Hospital on your right you have gone one block too far.

From South Bend:

Take Rt. 2 into La Porte. Watch for the Courthouse on your right, go through the main intersection of Rt. 35 (Indiana Ave.) and St Rd. 2 (Lincolnway). Our office is on your left between Louie’s Cafe and Dick’s Bar.

From Indianapolis:

Take I-65 to Lafayette. Take the West Lafayette/Brookston exit. Go north on US 43 towards Brookston. Go straight north at Reynolds where 43 becomes 421. Take 421 and turn right onto US 6. Take US 6 and turn left onto 39. Take 39 and turn right onto Highway 2 East. Follow 2 through La Porte and it becomes Lincolnway. Watch for La Porte Hospital on your left. Our office is in the next block on your right, just past the corner Madison & Lincolnway, between Louie’s Cafe and Dick’s Bar.

From Fort Wayne:

Take US 30 to US 35 (82 miles). Go north (right) on 35, then left on combined 6/35, then right on 35. It is 15 miles from US 30. As 35 come into La Porte it is called Indiana Avenue. Turn left at the intersection of Indiana Avenue (35) and Lincolnway (Rt. 2) (the Courthouse is on the northeast corner of that intersection). We are on your left side of the street after you turn left, between Dick’s Bar and Louie’s Cafe.

From Elkhart/South Bend/Ohio:

Take 80/90 West to La Porte (exit 49). Turn left onto 39. Go left on Pine Lake Avenue (combined 39/35) to downtown La Porte. Go over the overpass on 35 or Indiana (you will see the Courthouse on your left). Turn right at the traffic light, at the bottom of the overpass, onto Lincolnway (Rt 2), at the intersection of Lincolnway (Rt. 2) and Indiana (35). We are on the left side of the street between Dick’s Bar and Louie’s Cafe.
